Fall 2024 pre-registration: This ongoing weekly after-school group is for 4th- and 5th-grade girls (and those who identify as girls). Participants will meet on Tuesdays for 11 weeks. We will use a variety of practices to learn about — and regulate — emotions; manage worries; develop skills for building strong and healthy friendships; and grow authentic connections with themselves and others.

Our focus is helping participants increase self-compassion, balance moods, and reduce worries. We dive deeply into the shifting terrain of friendships, our complex feelings about social media usage, and how to build a confident self while embracing our differences — all during a developmental period brimming with pressure to assimilate.

5-Week Spring Forward In Tune Group for High Schoolers

This 5-week “tune-in and tune-up” yoga and mindfulness-based group is designed to help high schoolers spring forward with renewed vibrancy and less stress. Participants learn to calm their nervous system in the face of life changes and build a holistic toolbox for self-compassion, coping, and growth — all while making connections with a community of peers.

Minds In Tune: A 4-Week Course for Adults to Cultivate a Mindful Presence and Increase Well-Being

How do we meet life’s everyday stressors without feeling overwhelmed by them? In this group we’ll share evidence-based tools and techniques to help you stay grounded and respond more skillfully to situations that arise in daily life. Drawing on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and the ancient Yoga Nidra practice of iRest, we aim to foster deep relaxation and restful sleep, improve your mood, and bring more joy and ease to your life.
