Are you a BIPOC professional in need of restoration? Are you interested in welcoming a space of well-being and transformation? This 5-week therapy group is designed to empower you with tools of self-compassion and self-discovery, and guide you on the path of decolonization.
Together, we'll…
Address anxiety, race-based traumatic stress, and the systemic pressures that weigh heavily on BIPOC individuals in professional settings.
Explore tools for self-compassion, learning how to overcome the expectations of grind culture and embrace quality over quantity.
Dive into author Kelsey Blackwell’s work, “Decolonizing the Body,” to challenge the pervasive influence of white supremacy and societal expectations that stifle authenticity.
Break down race-based and gender norms to redefine self-worth.
This clinical group serves as a sanctuary for those ready to challenge societal norms, peel back the layers of conditioning, and rediscover authenticity beyond the lens of cultural expectations. Through guided discussions, therapeutic exercises, and group support from fellow BIPOC professionals, participants will embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.
Whether you're actively decolonizing or grappling with the challenges this presents, this group offers a supportive, constructive environment for growth and exploration. We hope you’ll join us!
