Ch…Ch… Changes! Making the leap to middle school: A workshop for rising middle-schoolers

With so many rapid changes physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually happening for tweens, how do we cut through fear and worry, meet kids where they are, and support a growth mindset as kids make the transition to middle school? In this two-hour workshop, Center founder & director, Kate Kelly, and yoga and mindfulness instructor, Linda Feldman, bring their years of practical wisdom and clinical skill working with tweens to help kids process emotions, gather practical tips and skills, and grow their confidence as they move into middle school.
