Āyurvedic rituals to help calm the mind and body for sleep
Āyurveda offers routines and rituals to ground and stabilize our emotions and nervous system, allowing us to get better sleep. While Āyurveda recognizes that each of us may need a different amount of sleep, it also teaches that sleep should be sound and should happen at a certain time of night. Join Belinda as we explore night-time routines that contribute to creating deep, healing sleep while helping shift patterns that may be unhelpful.
Āyurvedic practices to help boost immunity
During times of stress, the body struggles to maintain good immunity. A healthy diet, strong digestion, good sleep, and the right amount of exercise for your body type all contribute to a strong immune system. Join Belinda as we explore ways to use the ancient practices of Āyurveda to strengthen your immunity during these difficult times.
