Come rediscover your playful self!

Play is the natural language of children—one that often feels concealed to us as we grow into adults and shoulder more responsibility in the world.

In this 2 ½-hour workshop, you’ll come home to the natural reservoir of play within you by reacquainting yourself with the playfulness, creativity, and lightness that has never left you. Through sensory awareness movement—walking, sitting, and lying down—and exploring everyday objects, you’ll tune in deeply to your senses, bring your awareness into the present moment, and PLAY!

This workshop is the perfect antidote to our pandemic-induced stress and fatigue—designed to nourish your heart, cultivate well-being, and inspire peaceful joy within you.

Workshop leader Liz Hagerman is a board-certified dance/movement therapist and a certified Pikler® Pedagogue as well as an advocate for play in infants, young children—and, well, everyone!
