Calling all parents & caregivers: Come join Āyurvedic practitioner Belinda Baer at The Center for Family Well-Being to learn “take home” techniques to help your child (and you!) learn better sleep routines and get a good night’s rest.

Āyurveda is a 5,000-year-old sister science of yoga and comes to us from India, and it is one of the great holistic wisdom healing traditions — incorporating all aspects for a well-balanced life.

This workshop is for parents and caregivers of kids and tweens ages 6-12.

  • Date: Sunday, June 11, 2023

  • Time: 3:30-5 p.m.

  • Location: Virtual and in-person at The Center for Family Well-Being, 5039 Connecticut Ave. NW #7 Washington DC 20008
