Our Trusted Partners

Looking for More Tools to Support Your Well-Being?

At the Center, we believe in the power of collaboration. We are lucky to have found trusted partners within our local community – people whose work is meaningful to us, our clients, and their families. As you grow your own foundations of well-being, we whole-heartedly recommend these experts:

A young girl practicing yoga indoors, sitting cross-legged on a mat with hands in prayer position above her head, with sunlight shining through a window behind her.
A woman with shoulder-length wavy blonde hair, wearing glasses, smiling, in an indoor setting with a wooden floor and light-colored wall.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Linda Feldman, E-RYT, RCYT, YACEP

Linda Feldman is a dedicated yoga and mindfulness instructor who shares the Center’s philosophy of holistic healing. Linda offers classes for all ages at the nearby Circle Yoga, with specialized programs for children that make yoga and mindfulness both therapeutic and fun. Recognizing that some kids require more personalized attention, she provides one-on-one therapeutic yoga sessions tailored to their unique needs. These sessions incorporate age-appropriate techniques for breathing, mindfulness, and yoga, giving them lifelong tools for well-being. She also teaches training programs for adults interested in growing their own practice.

The Center partners with Linda to teach in a variety of therapeutic groups and wellness workshops. If you’d like to book a class, camp, or training session with Linda, you can see her upcoming schedule at Circle Yoga:

Ayurveda

Belinda Baer, Owner of Wise Woman Ayurveda

Belinda’s work with the Center goes beyond the remarkable treatments she shares with our clients; she also works behind-the-scenes with our therapists, training us and helping us understand anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges through the lens of Āyurveda — a 5,000-year-old science, which comes to us from India.

Belinda founded her practice of Wise Woman Ayurveda in 2011. She is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (as acknowledged by NAMA standards, 2011), a 200-hour Kripalu certified yoga teacher (2001), and a 300-hour certified Kripalu Ayurveda Yoga Specialist (2015).

She can be found sharing this ancient wisdom from India online or in person in the United States, depending on where she is at any given moment. Visit her site to book a consultation or learn from her blog:
