During this 45-minute meditation we’ll draw on Dharma teacher, author, and translator, Lopon Chandra Easton’s new book, Embodying Tara: Twenty One Manifestations to Awaken Your Innate Wisdom. Together we’ll meditate and invite Tara, the Buddhist Goddess of Compassion, to awaken and come alive within us.
Kate will guide us through each of the 21 manifestations of Tara as we embody and awaken to the divine feminine within us. We’ll rest in spacious awareness and learn about contemporary Taras all around us — as we ourselves come to know more deeply our own compassionate hearts.
