This group is designed for a caregiver and their baby ~16 weeks or older in age.
Staying in tune with a baby on the move can be challenging — especially while taking care of your own postpartum needs! Continue your postpartum journey alongside other caregivers and babies in this 7-week baby and parent In Tune group. This clinical group focuses on the Pikler-guided approach to parenting, and also aims to help prevent and treat postpartum mood disorders and "Baby Blues”.
In a safe environment arranged with Dr. Emmi Pikler's research and design in mind, we will support the babies' own initiatives, while engaging in mindful observations that support attunement and your confidence as baby's safe base.
The Pikler approach is respectful, attuned, and peaceful — and a wonderful way to stay connected with your baby and grow more confident and competent as a parent. Whether or not this is your first child, this Pikler-guided group offers a wonderful opportunity to bond with and understand your baby as a unique individual.
