AUGUST 18-22, 2025:

This summer, give your child a creative and supportive space to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop social skills — all through the power of art!

This art therapy group is a lively, encouraging environment where 8-11-year-olds can learn to use their creativity in new, meaningful ways. Art therapy can provide:

  • A non-verbal outlet for expressing complex emotions such as sadness, anger, anxiety, or frustration.

  • An effective therapeutic tool to help kids build self esteem and confidence.

  • Positive social skill development by encouraging cooperation, communication, and conflict resolution.

Plus, it’s also a lot of fun

Our week-long art therapy group is a space where laughter and messes are encouraged! Kids will have the opportunity to explore a variety of artistic mediums and tools through guided activities centered around a specific theme, such as self portraits, emotional regulation, and bonding/friendship. Participants will learn to use creativity as a way to understand and express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences — and grow skills that can support their well-being.
