How do we meet life’s everyday stressors without feeling overwhelmed by them?
Through the practice of mindfulness, we cultivate present-moment awareness that helps us stay grounded and respond more skillfully to situations that arise in daily life.
Using breathwork, body awareness, and mindful movement as anchors for our awareness, we learn to meet our difficult thoughts and emotions with compassion for ourselves and others.
This evidence-based group will draw on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and the ancient Yoga Nidra practice of iRest to foster deep relaxation and restful sleep, improve your mood, and bring more joy and ease to your life.
