As a parent/caregiver, would you like to…

  • Better connect to and understand your baby?

  • To feel more confident in this new role?

  • To find your way back to harmony when you and baby are ‘out of tune’?

  • To feel the joy of understanding how competent your baby already is?

  • Learn how to support the natural unfolding of your baby’s development?

This 8-week parent-infant wellness group draws on pediatrician Emmi Pikler’s groundbreaking research on infant competence and care, and focuses on healthy relationship building during the earliest weeks/months with your newborn. (Click here to learn more about Dr. Pikler’s work!)

In our calm and nourishing setting, parents will slow down and “tune in” to their infants and themselves — delighting in infants’ natural development. As infants unfold within their caregivers’ consistent, warm, and secure presence, the roots of well-being grow for both infant and caregiver. Parents share experiences with one another and find support in this joyful and challenging time of parenting a new human!

Participants can typically seek insurance reimbursement by completing one clinical intake session before the group begins, billed separately at our individual session rate. This intake is required for diagnostic coding and ensures the group is an appropriate fit.
