JULY 21-25, 2025:
This summer, give your child a creative and supportive space to explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop social skills — all through the power of art!
This art therapy group is a lively, encouraging environment where 8-11-year-olds can learn to use their creativity in new, meaningful ways. Art therapy can provide:
A non-verbal outlet for expressing complex emotions such as sadness, anger, anxiety, or frustration.
An effective therapeutic tool to help kids build self esteem and confidence.
Positive social skill development by encouraging cooperation, communication, and conflict resolution.
Plus, it’s also a lot of fun!
Our week-long art therapy group is a space where laughter and messes are encouraged! Kids will have the opportunity to explore a variety of artistic mediums and tools through guided activities centered around a specific theme, such as self portraits, emotional regulation, and bonding/friendship. Participants will learn to use creativity as a way to understand and express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences — and grow skills that can support their well-being.
