This in-person expressive play, art, talk, and activity-based group also integrates mind-body practices (breath work, guided visualization, yoga, qi gong and meditation) to offer participants opportunities to learn about—and regulate—emotions; manage worries; develop skills for building strong and healthy friendships; and grow authentic connections with ourselves and others.

Dates*: This is an ongoing winter/spring semester after-school group that meets once per week for 16 weeks, beginning Tuesday, January 7.
