Looking for a fun and supportive space for your middle schooler to build friendships and grow important life skills? This group is all about helping 5th- to 7th-grade boys connect, communicate, and feel more confident in themselves.
Through a range of games and activities, we’ll focus on things like:
Growing interpersonal skills and making positive friendships
Boosting self-confidence, developing empathy, and learning self-advocacy
Handling challenges with healthy coping strategies and conflict resolution skills
Learning mindfulness exercises to build awareness of thoughts and feelings
This group is a safe, encouraging space where boys can be themselves, build connections, and develop skills that’ll serve them well in middle school and beyond.

Payment: This is a 4-week clinical group. This group requires a non-refundable $150 deposit, with the remaining amount billed one week before the program’s start date. Our clinical groups are typically reimbursable by PPO health insurance, medical flexible spending, or health savings accounts. Please note that the Center does not contract with insurance companies, but we provide all necessary documentation for clients to submit for reimbursement.
