Looking for a fun and supportive space for your middle schooler to build friendships and grow important life skills? This group is all about helping 5th- to 7th-grade boys connect, communicate, and feel more confident in themselves.

Through a range of games and activities, we’ll focus on things like:

  • Growing interpersonal skills and making positive friendships

  • Boosting self-confidence, developing empathy, and learning self-advocacy

  • Handling challenges with healthy coping strategies and conflict resolution skills

  • Learning mindfulness exercises to build awareness of thoughts and feelings

This group is a safe, encouraging space where boys can be themselves, build connections, and develop skills that’ll serve them well in middle school and beyond.
