You've made it through the fourth trimester and you are beginning to feel more settled with your new baby, but of course being a parent is never static thing! Being a parent is a dynamic journey, and staying in tune with your baby means continually discovering and delighting in their growth as they learn about the world around them. As you and your baby both unfold, this group offers a supportive environment where you can simply be together. Here, you can observe and marvel at your baby's explorations and learn what it means to be their safe, secure base.

Join this 7-week In Tune group to continue your postpartum journey, staying connected with your baby and growing more confident and competent as a parent. Whether or not this is your first child, this is a wonderful opportunity to bond with and understand your baby as a unique individual. Our mobile baby and parent In Tune group is aimed at helping you continue to nourish the roots of well-being — setting up you and your baby up for a strong start!

This group is designed for a parent and their baby (~16 weeks or older in age).
