This 5-week “tune-in and tune-up” yoga and mindfulness-based group is designed for teens navigating the inevitable worries that accompany the back-to-school transition.
Drawing on gentle movement, yoga, and other mindfulness-based tools, we’ll work with both body and mind to support participants feeling grounded and more at ease as they enter the new school year. Participants learn to calm their nervous system in the face of life changes and build a holistic toolbox for self-compassion, coping, and growth — all while making connections with a community of peers.
