Our summer mini-series offers 4th- and 5th-grade girls a fun and supportive space to build their foundations of well-being, confidence, and connection.
In this 5-session mini series, girls will use movement, creativity, positive mindset strategies, and essential oils to build a practical mind-body coping toolbox. Along the way, we’ll explore friendship 101 — including communication, empathy, and ways to navigate common social situations with confidence and kindness.
Designed especially for rising 4th and 5th grade girls, this group offers a supportive setting to practice new skills and connect with peers before the start of the school year!

Dates: June 8-12
Time: 4-5:15 p.m.
Place: The Center for Family Well-Being, 5039 Connecticut Ave. NW #7 Washington DC 20008
Payment: This is a 1-week/5-session clinical therapy group. This group rate is $150 per session, and we require a non-refundable $375 deposit upon registration. The remaining $375 is billed one week before the program’s start date. Our clinical groups are typically reimbursable by PPO health insurance, medical flexible spending, or health savings accounts. Please note that the Center does not contract with insurance companies, but we provide all necessary documentation for clients to submit for reimbursement.
