Join Us for a 4-Part Series on Mind-Body Practices for Therapists
Learn practical ways to thoughtfully integrate these powerful practices into your work with clients and your daily life
Integrating mind-body practices into the therapeutic setting can be a powerful adjunct to talk therapy, helping clients calm their nervous systems, release trauma, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. As therapists, cultivating these practices in our own lives can help us meet clients with greater presence, clarity, and compassion while supporting our own well-being.
In this experiential 4-part series, participants will explore how breathwork, body awareness, mindful movement, emotions, thought, and subtle energy can serve as anchors for awareness in the therapeutic process. Participants will experience these practices firsthand; cultivate a calm, mindful, non-anxious presence for themselves; and learn practical ways to thoughtfully integrate mind-body practices into their work with clients.
You are invited to register for each session individually. Participants who register for all four sessions will receive 8 Continuing Education Units (or 2 CEUs per session) and save 10% on registration.
