Our summer mini-series focuses on the foundations of well-being — and fun!
Through a mix of playful and purposeful movement, mindfulness activities, and the soothing power of essential oils, kids will discover practical ways to support both their minds and bodies.
Designed especially for rising 4th-6th graders, this group encourages connection, creativity, and self-awareness in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Children will leave with practical strategies to help them manage big feelings, feel more confident in themselves, and move through challenges with kindness toward their own minds and bodies.
