Looking for a simple, effective way to respond to stress — yours or someone else’s — in the moment? This workshop introduces Reiki as a practical caregiving tool — one you can use to support your own nervous system and bring calm to the people you care for.
Reiki is a simple, yet powerful mind-body practice that promotes physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The benefits include reducing stress, anxiety, and pain — while simultaneously increasing relaxation and improving mood and sleep. Whether you’re parenting, partnering, or providing professional support, Reiki offers a grounded, hands-on method to soothe anxiety, reset emotional energy, and promote connection.
In this hands-on two-hour session, you’ll learn how to:
Gain an understanding of the subtle energy fields of the body and how to work with them to restore energetic balance
Use Reiki for real-life moments (like bedtime, meltdowns, or transitions)
Offer Reiki safely and appropriately to children, loved ones, or clients
Replenish your own energy with simple, repeatable self-care techniques
The workshop includes guided Reiki instruction and space to practice and ask questions. No previous experience required.
