Experience
I’m an Associate Holistic Psychotherapist at The Center for Family Well-Being working with teens and adults. My background includes experience supporting students through critical educational milestones. While working at Disability Support Services at the college level, I’ve helped students with various challenges successfully navigate the transition from high school to college. Additionally, during my time at the Catholic University Counseling Center, I provided therapy to clients managing a wide range of personal, academic, and mental health concerns.
Therapeutic Focus
Whether you are managing evolving relationships with family and friends, balancing the pressures of school or work, or exploring romantic partnerships, you do not have to figure it out alone. My approach to therapy is tailored to meet you exactly where you are.
I welcome working with teens to adults facing anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and major life transitions. In our sessions, we will balance a deep exploration of complicated feelings with a goal-oriented, practical framework to help you move forward.
Philosophy
I draw from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Rather than focusing only on life’s challenges, I am passionate about helping clients discover and leverage their unique inner strengths to create meaningful, lasting change.
Together, we will honor your emotional needs while building practical tools to help you confidently step into your next chapter.
